A new method of calculation of dipole moment and the relaxation time fordilute solutions of organic liquids at microwave frequency is proposed. Thecalculations are done with and without Cole-Cole distribution parameter. Thismethod interprets the dielectric data and give dipole moment values in closeagreement with those obtained by Guggenheim method.
