• Possible sr>in structures of the hcr>-like trianuular antiferromasnet are examinedand the phase diagram is given. It is found that the well known triangular spinstructure is unstable against an infinitesimal inter-layer exchange coupling, andtwo kinds of incommensurate structures appear according to the sign of theintra-layer next nearest neighbor exchange interaction.
