In the previous paper^<1)>, it was suggested that the anomalous Hall and magnetoresistance effects observed in weak magnetic fields at 77°K for bismuth polycrystals doped with O.2 at.% of tin might be interpreted in terms of two-band conduction due to light and heavy holes. To confirm this interpretation, single crystals of the same material were used to determine the configuration of lighthole empsoids in k-space from the measurement of the angular dependence of rnagnetoresistance. Single crystals of 3x2mm^2 in cross section and 5〜6mm in length were cut with the Servomet spark-machine from an ingot, which was very carefully prepared by Prof. C.S. Barrett. The subsequent etching and polishing were repeated several times to remove the residual stress at the surface of specimen. Silver potential leads of O.1 mm diameter were welded to the specimen by condenser discharge. The error in orientation with respect to the crystal axis and in the alignment of specimen is considered as less than 3°.
