The conductivity tensor components o.. and o.. are calculated for the electronswith the energy dispersion h'(k)A-k))/2m -2t cos k.c in the presence of a magneticfield which makes an angle 0 with the z axis in the ,vz-plane. For ctt.r>1, o.. and o..show the oscillatory behavior in variation of tan 0, where co. is the cyclotron fre-quency of the electron and r is the relaxation time of it. For co.r< l, they have non-oscillatory properties with respect to tan 0 and reproduce results which have been gotin use of a semi-classical treatment.[magnetoresistance, oscillation, angular-dependence, organic superconductor, l@ theorylW
