The Eliashberg equation is solved in both frequency and momentum variables toobtain the superconducting transition temperature T. in the multnvalley electron gaswithout phonons. Both the one-particle Green's function and irreducible two-elec-Iron interaction are evaluated in the random-phase approximation which provides ex-act results in the limit of large valley degeneracy g, and is known to give sufficientlyaccurate ones even for g. as small as 3 or 4. Among 5-, p-, and d-waves, the s-wavepairing is most stable for g.>2 with a fairly high T.. For g, >>l, our solution is re-duced to "bipolaronic superconductivity". We discuss implications of the presentresults to the exotic superconductors with relatively low carrier concentration.
