MHD fluctuation level in. RFP plasma is dedtuced from a model that supposes thatMHD relaxation and sustainment of reversed field pinch (RFP) configuration arecaused by the reconnectioru of lines of magnetic field driven by (m=0, n= 1) modenonlinearly excited by m = 1 (poloidal mode number) internal kink modes with thedifferent toroidal mode numbers n and n-F-1. Thus the lines of magnetic forcesbecome stochastic by the MHD fluctuations and the transport of RFP plasma in thebraided magnetic field is clarified.
