To make clear the mechanism of "the giant resistivity anomaly" appearing in thesuperconducting transition region of TaSe, the experimental conditions are re-exam-ined. It was found that the anomaly is not intrinsic but is induced by a coupling between the non-linear current-voltage characteristics of TaSe, and the high-frequencynoise generated by instruments. From the measurement of the superconductingcritical current, it was concluded that the superconductivity of TaSe, is not of bulknature but filamentary.
