Using the newly developed "flight time integral" method, we have carried out arigorous analysis of the electron transport property in a model gas under the influenceof electric and magnetic fields. As is well known, the electron energy distribution isnot changed by addition of the magnetic field B in parallel to the electric field E, but isseriously changed when a crossed magnetic field is given above a critical value B.,where all the electron transport coefficients are diminished with B. It is confirmedthat the similarity law holds only when all the values of E, B and gas density N arechanged together, keeping E/N and BIN constant.
