Detailed flight behaviour of electrons in a Reid ramp model gas under DC electricfield is calculated by the flight time integral (FTI) method. l'he results are very ac-curate and are in good agreement with those of previous papers. A new function tojudge the convergence to equilibrium distribution is presented. The transportcoefficients derived from transport functions, energy and momentum balance equa-Lions and the validity of the formula commonly a.ppearing in the two-term analysisare discussed.[rate distribution, energy distribution, transport coefficient, transport function, ll condition of convergence, momentum balance equationl
