In view of current interest in the use of the reactions v.-1-d-+e 'c-p*p andv.-Vd+e"-l-nA-n for studying the solar neutrinos, it is desirable to obtain reliableestimates of the cross sections of these reactions. In order to evaluate the reliability ofthe existing estimates based on the impulse approximation, we have examined possible effects of exchange currents and found that the modification of the impulse ap-proximation results due to the exchange currents is not larger than - 6%.
