Differential thermal analyses (DTA) b>z heatinx and coolins are carried outfor some ferromagnetic (Fe-5 at'/Cr), ferrimagnetic (Fe.0., NiFe.0., Li..,FC2.504, Ba0?6Fez0a, Sr0'5.6Fez0a) and antiferromaunetic (Nip) materialsresrectivelv, Thounh each srecimen has a sharr>,2-tvr>e r>eak at the maunetictransition point T.. or T,. on the heating DTA curve, a 2-type peak with a roundedtop is observed for each specimen at temperatures a little below the transitionr>oint on cooling. It can be interr>reted that the nucleation and growth of thetnagnetmc dOIT1Q1I1 111 9 non-rnagnetuc I11QtIIX starts from 7'c Of IN 011 C00lll1g.
