Result of the self-organization hypothesis is applied to explain the wind struc-tures in the Jovian and the Saturnian atmospheres as observed recently by Voyagerspacecrafts. Qualitative as well as quantitative agreements are obtained in themagnitude of the wind velocities and the widths of the zonal flow by means offitting only one unknown parameter, c/t=h/H, the relative variation of the atmo-spheric scale height.
