The nuclear srin-lattice relaxation in low-dimensional ferromagnetic Ising-Ii kesystem has been studied from the temperattu"e and field dependences of T. of 'Hand "Cl in the ordered state of [(C113)3NII]C0CI3=2H20 (Tu=4.135 K). Therroton relaxation is analvzed usinx the theorv for the two-maunon rrocess. Areasonable fit between exreriment and calculation is obtained at low temperaturesby adjusting the magnon gap energy. The "Cl relaxation and the deviation of the'H data from prediction of the two-magnon process are examined in terms ofa new relaxation rrocess which is associated with the scatterins of a two-mannonbound state and a spin-wave. An approximate treatment for this process givesa satisfactory explanation of the experimental results. The effect of transverseexchange anisotropy on the field dependence of T. and the importance of thepair-correlation in the "Cl relaxation are discussed.
