• Nonlinear profile of second sounds in liquid helium II was studied experi-mentally' usinn heat rulse method. For a ctuanti1.ative discussion the reductiveperturbation method was applied to the Landau two fluid equations. The obtainedBurgers equation together with known nonlinear coefficient of He II gives agood agreement with the observed results on the temperature shock frontformation.
