Gamma-gamma angular correlations have been measured on 23 cascading Iransitions in "'Pd following the decay of ""Rh'. The spins and parities of the followinglevels in "'Pd have been newly assigned or confirmed: 1562.2(28), 1706.5(Of),200 1 . 6(0 + ) , 2278 . l ( O ), 2308 .8 ( 2 + ), 2439 . l ( 2 + ), 2484. 8 ( l - ), 2500 .5 ( 2 - ), 2624. 5 (0 + ) ,2828.3(0+ ), 2877.9(O+ ), 2902.6(2 + ), 2917.9(2 + ), 3054.8(l + ), 3083.1 (0), 3-163.6(0),3221.4(0 -L- ), and 3321.1 keV (Of ). The E2-Ml multipole mixing ratios of 9 transitionshave been derived. The EC transition from the two-phonon O' T state to the grottnd state was measuredusing a Si(Li) detector, yielding p(EC)=0.l3-F-0.02.
