Landing of REB Ring on Equilibrium Orbit

It is analytically shown that the decrease of the return current of plasma forcesan injected relativistic electron beam to land on an equilibrium orbit inside aconductive toroidal chantber. The ncechanism is sin'zilar to the adiabatic trappingof electrons in betatron.
