In the modified spin-wave theory for square-lattice antiferromagnets developed in aprevious paper, the susceptibility was calculated analytically in the low temperaturelimit. In this paper, the susceptibility and the specific heat are calculated numericallyover the whole temperature range and compared with those obtained by high-tempera-ture expansion. The correlation length is also calculated numerically as a function oftemperature.
