"'Tb spin echo NMR measurements have been done on TbNi., Tb. .Y.Ni. forx<0.4, Tb(Ni. .Cu.). for ,v<0.1 and Tb(Ni..,.Al....).. The NMR spectrum becomesrather broad with substituting Ni by Cu, while that for Tb(Ni..,.Al....). shows a well-resolved satellite structure. The magnetic moment of Tb in TbNi. is deduced to be 8.1p. for site I and 7.8 p. for site II from an analysis of the electric quadrupole interac-tion of "'Tb on the basis of a molecular field Hamiltonian.TbNi, spin-echo NMR, rare earth intermetallics
