We report an anomalous property of two-dimensional Fermi systems. The damp-ing of quasiparticles in the conventional Fermi liquid is proportional to T'. This isaltered in low-dimensional systems. In two dimensions, anomalous 7'-dependence ofthe damping, T' In T, is obtained by the Fermi liquid analysis. However, the Fermiliquid description can be constructed consistently, in contrast to the one-dimensionalsystems.
