A two dimensional steady MHD jet of a raditing perfectly conducting perfect gas is investigated when it is confined by the vacuum magnetic field in a space between parallel flat walls. The walls are assumed to be perfectly conducting and to have a temperature different from that of the jet. Quasione dimensional approximations are made to obtain the distributions of the physical quantities along the axis of the jet. Especially, the shape of the jet is discussed in detail and the existence of three types of flow including the choking phenomenon is found out.
