An attempt is made to investigate the characteristics of relativistic particles produced in the collisions of silicon nuclei with emulsion nuclei at 4.5 A GeV/c. Results reveal that the mean values of pseudorapidity, η, and dispersion D(η), <η> and <D(η)> exhibit decreasing trends with increasing <N_S> values.
