The viscosity of a dilute high temperature superconductor (HTSC) particle suspension in nonconducting liquid is theoretically investigated at temperatures below T_c. Although we have not succeeded in stabilizing the suspension in the region under discussion, the theory predicts that the effective viscosity will increase with external field strength in the domain of H_<c1><H<H_<c2>. The rotational Brownian motion of the suspended particles is discussed using the Fokker-Planck equation. The resultant formula is applied to Couette flow between two parallel plates.
