We have investigated the transition ternperature T.(H) of strperconductivity in qtrasi-txvo-ditnensional (Q2D) tight-binding electrons in a strong uaaagnetic field. XVhen the naagnetic fieldis parallel to 2D condtrcting plane, T.(H ) of the Q2D supercondtrctor is shown to uncrease 111 anoscillatory naanner as the taaagnetic field becoraaes large and to reach V'.(O) in a strong unagnetucfield liznit f'or the spin-triplet strpercondvrctor. XVe consider the cases of on-site and nearest sitesattractive interactiot'n, and calctrlate the naaagnetic field dependences of' the tr'ansition tetmjceraturefor variotrs types of' syuaataaetry, Tlae first order transition frotn p.-xvave to 7t.-wave is shoxvn toocctrr at H '? 100 T when the ttaagnetic field is p?rrallel to the y direction, which will be observedin a triplet strpercondtrctor, SI2RLl04.
