The Hall current terms are introduced into the spectrum equations of homogeneous magneto-fluid dynamic turbulence on which a strong uniform magnetic field is imposed externally. A neutral fully-ionized gas of uniform properties is assumed and the compressibility effects as well as the non-linear terms are neglected. The full tensor equations are combined to derive the associated scalar- and vector equations whose solutions are obtained for a simple special case. The Hall effct is thus shown to destroy the tendency to equipartition of turbulent energy between the mechanical and magnetic modes by reducing the net flow of energy from the one mode to the other.
