Temperature and concentration dependences of the electrical resistance of mercury-argon mixture solids have been studied between 2 and 20K. When their compositions are varied, as-deposited samples show the metel-nonmetal transition around 75 at % Hg. In semi-conducting samples, less than 75 at % Hg, the metal-nonmetal transitions take place as temperature is changed up to 20K. They are due to rearrangement of metal atoms.
