ボンハン顆粒の動きの分析

ボンハン顆粒は、ウサギの内臓表面から取り出したボンハン管とボンハン小体とを超遠心分離器を用いて抽出した。倒立顕微鏡と位相差顕微鏡を使用し、微分干渉コントラストモードで観察すると、ボンハン顆粒はびくぴくした運動を示していた。その運動をCCDカメラで記録し、National Instrument soft wares, Vision Assistant and Lab Viewのソフトウェアで運動解析を行った。38度でのボンハン顆粒運動の速度分布と、フラクタル次元を検討した。ボンハン顆粒運動の原因、そのエネルギー及びそのメカニズムに関しては、更なる検討が必要である.
