We propose Qi-flow as the flow of life-information of DNA and quantum-information of coherent biophoton through the acupuncture meridians. This model requires the physical reality of the meridians through which granules of DNA flow. In addition the granules of DNA should have life-information, and should emit biophoton coherently. Such a physical structure with flowing granule of DNA was found in 1960's by Bonghan Kim. The anatomical structure of acupuncture meridians was a new circulatory system that is completely different from the nervous system, lymphatic channels, and blood vascular system. The physiological function is related with development, and cell-therapy by the granules of DNA. That is the granule of DNA is, in modern terms, a universal toti-potent adult stem-cell. Bonghan theory has been forgotten until recently when intravascular Bonghan system was rediscovered. The life-information of DNA-granule is more than genetic coding: It includes information that enables to repair and regenerate cells in damaged tissues. Furthermore DNA emits biophotons that are quantum coherent, and the quantum nature of biophotons from DNA enables the quantum communication through the Bonghan system.
