By applying Barnhill's method to the case where the explicit parametrization of the Cabbibo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix is given, the explicit representations of the quark mass matrices for both up and down quarks on the basis of the weak eigenstates are obtained. The representation of the quark mass matrix independent of the explicit parametrization of the Cabbibo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix is also obtained.
