In the neutrino inelastic scattering the predominance of the production of π^+, compared with that of π^0 is likely due to the associate appearence of N^<**>, not to the only effect of 3-3 resonance state that gives rise to the ratio 5 to 1. The charge ratio is calculated to be 3.1 on the basis of the SU (3) xotime SU (3) symmetry scheme.
