The effective potential of the conformal-invariant massless Φ^4 theory in which the invariance is nonlinearly realized is calculated by means of nonpolynomial Lagrangian techniques. It is shown that the scaling law (Ward identity of dilatation current) which is compatible witn the perturbation expansion is obtained only when a special form of the point transformations is applied to the fields. It gives a well-defined expression to the tadpole graph. The spontaneous mass is given by the potential in the case when coupling constant is small and negative.
