A parton model in which the parton field has the anomalous dimension is presented within the framework of renormalizable field theory with a non-trivial fixed point. Adopting the scale invariant parton picture of Kogut and Susskind, we regard the sequence of the renormalized fields with various renormalization momentum as the infinite series of substructure of the parton. Recursion formula for the structure function is derived and used to discuss the pattern of the violation of the Bjorken-scaling. The form of the Kernel function in the recursion formula is determined which provides us a useful tool to investigate the large spin behavior of the anomalous dimensions of the operators in Wilson's operator product expansion.
