Achondrites preserve textures and chemistries produced by igneous activities from primitive chondritic materials in the early solar system. We investigated evolution of materials for the parent bodies of two major groups of achondrites, the HED group (Howardite, Eucrites, Diogenites) and ureilites. The HED group shows systematic variations of mineral chemistry, produced by igneous activities and impact mixing. Ureilites show coarse-grained apparent igneous textures, but preserve detectable records of primitive carbonaceous chondrites including oxygen isotope anomaly and high noble gas contents. Among three oxygen isotope subgroups, the magnesian group preserves most primitive refractory minerals, but the calcic group includes more fractionated residual liquids. The gases around the parent body were presumably present when it was formed, but the break-up of the body took place in a gas poor condition and the fragments cooled rapidly.
