Lattice dynamics of the Bethe lattice is treated exactly by application of the infinite order perturbation theory. The frequency spectrum is obtained for usual Bethe lattice including the one-dimensional chain with the coordination number z<ge>2, and then z is analytically continued to the region 1<le>z<2 where the results become quite different. The frequency spectrum of the Bethe lattice with z=1 is shown to correspond to that of an ensemble of models of diatonic molecules. The specific heat of the Bethe lattice is studied and from its low-temperature behavior the spatial dimension d of the system with z>2 is determined to be infinite.
