We present a Euclidean lattice formulation of the Einstein-Cartan gravity. This formulation allows us to take any value of the cosmological term. Moreover, this lattice theory is bounded and reflection positive, which leads to the existence of a positive Hilbert space and Hamiltonian, and hence unitarity in Minkowski space formulation. In the strong coupling region, cluster expansion converges hence the infinite volume limit exists.
