An exactly solvable model of a specially randomized system for antiferroelectric solid solution SnCl_2・(H_2O)_<2-x>(D_2O)_x is presented. The present model is based on Salinas and Nagle's model for SnCl_2・2H_2O and the McCoy-Wu model for the Ising spin system. The critical temperature which is linearly proportional to the concentration is obtained.
