On the basis of d-p model Hamiltonian, we calculate both normal and anomalous self-energies within the third order perturbation with respect to Coulomb repulsion U between d-electrons at Cu site. Then, we obtain T_c by solving the Eliashberg equation and investigate the mechanism of T_c-enhancement.
