γ-Irreducible Analysis of a Tensor-Spinor Gauge Theory

By using the γ-irreducible decomposition of fields by Allcock and Hall, a critical analysis has been made of the tensor-spinor gauge theory proposed by Shima recently. It is shown that the theory reduces to the spin-3/2 Rarita-Schwinger gauge theory.
