The eigenvalue problem for a one-dimensional s-d model is solved exactly in a field theoretical framework. The simultaneous eigenstate of spin and energy is given in terms of creation operators of conduction and bound electrons with up or down spin. The eigenstate and eigenenergy are shown to be determined by the solutions of coupled equations, which give the conditions for our state to become the simultaneous eigenstate.
