Study of Even-Odd Lu Isotopes in IBA-Plus-Three-Fermions Model : Nuclear Physics

The negative parity yrast bands in ^<161,163,165,167>Lu are described by introducing a fermion pair (νi_<13/2>)^2 coupled to the IBFA boson-fermion system. Quadrupole-quadrupole boson-fermion interactions are introduced in the phenomenological hamiltonian. Energy spectra can be reproduced very well. The first backbendings of the yrast bands can be reasonably reproduced. The transitional quadrupole moments are calculated.
