We derive the effective action for gravity at finite temperature in spinor pregeometry. The temperature-dependent effective potential for the vierbein which is parametrized as e_<kμ>=b diag(1,ρ,ρ,ρ) has the minimum at b=0 for fixed ρ, and behaves as -ρ^3 for fixed b. These results indicate that the system of fundamental matters in spinor pregeometry is unstable and requires the dynamical treatment.
