We discuss the massive fermion system with the external magnetic field in 2+1 dimensions. To calculate the induced charge we solve the time-dependent Dirac equation numerically. The results obtained here are that the total induced charge in the entire space is zero and that the local induced charge, which is observable, is constant against the change of the magnetic field while it depends on the fermion mass and the dynamical processes.
