Thermal equilibrium state in Minkowski stochastic quantization based on the complex Langevin equation is discussed by introducing an effective Fokker-Planck distribution for physical quantities. It is shown that this effective Fokker-Planck distribution becomes the usual Feynman measure exp(iS) in the thermal limit.
