On the basis of a δ-expansion technique proposed by Bender et al., eigenvalues of a nonhermite Fokker-Planck hamiltonian which appears in the context of stochastic quantization of a system with a complex action are calculated up to the second order to clarify the approach to the equilibrium state in simple cases.
