Flattening of Distribution of Large Transverse Energy Production in High Energy Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions

We calculate the cross sections of the large transverse energy (Eγ) production in high energy nucleus-nucleus collisions using the wounded nucleon model. The large Eγ distributions flatten extending far beyond the kinematical limit of the single nucleon-nucleon collision as the mass number of the colliding nuclei becomes large.
