Parisi's overlap function P(q) is studied for the low temperature phase of the hierarchical spin glass model. It is found that the structure of P(q) is essentially equivalent to the one of the ferromagnetic phases. there appears a characteristic temperature T_f above which the Edward-Anderson order parameter is exponentially small. T_f can be small in comparison with the transition temperature T_c for some parameter region.
