Energy levels of local minima in the configurational space of a spin glass are studied for a cluster of classical planar spins which interact each other via random exchange integrals. The number of degeneracy is also studied by changing the ratio of the mean value to the width of the bond distribution. Exact solution is obtained for a cluster of three spins.
