Double-Cut Diagram Method for Mass Singularities in QCD

A method to handle hard mass singularities in QCD is given based on the use of double-cut diagrams. By this method the cancellation of mass singularities in differential cross sections can be easily seen after the summation over degenerate (emission) processes. The procedure is applicable to all orders in perturbation theory unless massless particles are present in both initial and final states.
