The S-matrix with non-local Yukawa interactions studied. It is found that the typical amplitudes up to the fourth order satisfy i) order by order unitarity, ii) relativistic invariance, iii) macro-causality and iv) cpmvergence. The pitfall of early researches in these areas is also discussed.
