The subsidiary conditions in the relativistic bilocal model are studied. In contrast to the conventional approach they are regarded as strong relations among dynamical variables. They are eliminated by using a canonical transformation in classical mechanics. The space-like solutions as well as time-lime solutions appear in this approach. The generators of Poincare group are constructed explicitly both for time-like and space-like solutions.
