Assuming that the valence quark is the parent of gluons and sea quarks, the parton distributions in arbitrary hadrons are calculated in the statistical quark-parton model of Kuti-Weisskopf. By the "arbitrary hadrons" we mean the hadrons with arbitrary number of valence quarks, i.e., mesons, baryons and exotic hadrons. We find that the normalization constants and the exponents of the asymptotic (x⇾0) and threshold (x⇾1) behavior of the parton distribution functions are correlated with the number of valence quarks. The effective Regge intercepts are found to be quantized by the number of valence quarks exchanged in the cross channel. In an arbitrary hadron the gluons (sea quarks) are found to carry the same fraction of the total momentum as theirs in the nucleon. The generalization of Levin-Frankfrut 2/3 rule for σ_<Tot>(MB)/σ_<Tot>(BB) is discussed. The form factors of arbitrary hadrons are obtained by using the Drell-Yan-West relation.
